Service Agreements - "The smart choice"


Heating and cooling systems have a way of breaking down when the weather is at its worst; on the coldest day of a frigid winter, or during a sizzling summer heat wave; times when your comfort system must work the hardest, and when you need it most.

Regular check-ups will help to maximize the life expectancy of your system; unfortunately, even the best maintenance won't prevent normal wear and tear.

Accu-Temp, Inc agrees to provide two (2) complete semi-annual calls per year. Your service will be performed by a skilled, qualified service technician, who is trained to make your air conditioning and heating systems operate efficiently and as economically as possible. Your service will be scheduled in the spring and fall pre-season during normal business hours. This service agreement was designed for you, our customer and will afford you the following benefits: EXTENDED EQUIPMENT LIFE, LOWER UTILITY BILLS, HIGHER EFFICIENCY, 10 PERCENT DISCOUNT ON ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS & LABOR, AND 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE AVAILABILITY (additional cost).

  Furnace Condenser
  • Inspect condition of heat exchanger
  • Clean and adjust pilot and main burner
  • Test operation of controls and safeties
  • Inspect and clean main gas valve
  • Check and/or change thermocouple
  • Check and lubricate pump assembly’s
  • Check for venting of combustibles
  • Inspect and lubricate fan motor
  • Clean condenser coil and check for damage
  • Inspect, tighten electrical connections
  • Test operating pressure unit
  • Check all controls and safeties
  • Clean and check condensate drain
  • Inspect for refrigerant leaks
